National Science Day was celebrated on 28th Feb 2011

LIC awarded scholarship to M. Arokiam of I-ECE and P. Iniyaval of I-EEE for scoring Best high score in Higher Secondary Examinatios. Scholarship was issued by Mr. S. Ganesan, Asst. Divisional Manger (ADM), LIC, Divisional Office Thanjavur.

Mrs. S.Anjammal, AP of English department awarded with Young Achiever Award by Women Empowerment cell on 31st March 11. Dr.Lakshmi, Novelist, Feminist, Director of SPARROW Mumbai gave away the award in a meeting held at Main Campus.

Independence Day and Republic Day’s were celebrated along with the students and staffs. Sweets were distributed after hoisting the flag.

Students of all the branches went for Industrial Visit across Tamil Nadu visiting various Industries relevant to their branch.
